Dungeon Delvers is an inventive dungeon crawler, in which you program the AI for your band of heroes then send them out to kick ass and collect loot.

When exploring a dungeon you can’t control your heroes actions, just the direction they move in.  Instead, at the start of each level you ‘program’ your heroes to carry out actions under certain circumstances (eg.  'Attack Enemy Always’ or 'Heal if Health is Less Than 50%’), and give each command a hierarchy of priority.  The priority of these commands is just as important as the commands themselves and can mean the difference between life and death for your dungeon delvers.

As you progress through the levels you unlock new characters, AI commands and character classes, allowing you to finely tune your squad for different situations.  It’s a fun take on the genre, with charming pixel art animation and strategic gameplay.  

The ability to tailor your characters AI is a makes the party set-up stage a pivotal part of the game - in-fact, in Dungeon Delvers the battles are won and lost before they’ve even begun.

Football Tactics is an impressive game which brings turn based tactics to the sporting genre, pitting teams against each other in strategic turn based matches as you build up your squad from division 3 losers to world conquering superstars.

It’s an interesting concept, and turn based combat translates to the football (or soccer) field remarkably well.  Each team gets three moves per round, with an overall aim of getting the ball in the back of your opponents net.  Positioning is key as you fight to get the ball up-field and shoot with out getting tackled.

Much like in a tactical RPG, the chances of your squad pulling off tackles, successfully passing or scoring are also reliant on your stats, so you’ll have to buy and sell players, earn experience and upgrade their stats and abilities to make your team the best in the world.

Even in these early stages of development, Football Tactics is a fun and well polished experience.  Blending turn based tactics with the sports genre works surprisingly well.  We’d love to see it tried with other sports too.  Tactical turn based table tennis anyone?

Stormthrone is an expansive isometric fantasy MMORPG with gorgeous hand drawn animation, tons of loot, and a Diablo-esque mouse-based control style.

Featuring an intuitive UI which makes the game very easy to pick up and play, Stormthrone allows you to create a character from three races and six class-types, then sets you loose in Aeos, a world besieged by demons.

As you progress you’ll, level up (a lot), gain new abilities and collect powerful Aeon weapons.  There’s plenty of single player content, as well as multiplayer dungeons, PvP and social areas, all wrapped un in an intuitive interface.  The visual design and orchestral score really impress, drawing you into the huge world of Stormthrone - an isometric MMO of epic proportions.

Hartacon Tactics is an impressive isometric turn-based strategy role-playing game that focuses on deterministic mechanics. It has a beautiful looking art-style, smooth animations, and deep strategic gameplay, via offline singleplayer or online multiplayer.

There’s plenty of of depth to Hartacon Tactics, with lots of different characters with unique actions and abilities, different weapons and spells to use, character customization and upgrades. You can also customize your game by creating your own maps in the editor.  

It’s a great looking game, with gorgeous pixel art animation and lots of tactical depth.  Turn based tactics don’t get much prettier than this!

Echo of Soul is a great looking new MMORPG set in a vast land ravaged by a war between Gods and Giants, with fast and fluid combat, gorgeous visuals and a content rich world – with over 1600 quests available at launch.

Based on real life events and drawing heavy influence from that golden era of JRPG’s from the PSX years.  The same blood that kept those classics alive, flows through the veins of Unraveled, a sort of Spirited Away/Chrono Trigger atmosphere follows in its wake.

The game plays like an old school, turn-based RPG, with many places to explore, and creatures to fight, and also features a unique anger/calm based battle system that can really turn the tide of battle.

Unraveled has already been Greenlit for Steam and is now on Kickstarter to make the final push to get the game into the hands of their fans!  Hopefully they succeed as it’s an impressive game - a New RPG that already feels like a classic.
