It looks like Nintendo’s Lawyers have struck again and slapped a DMCA notice on the excellent No Man’s Sky/Mario mash up - No Mario’s Sky.
However the devs have responded by releasing DMCA’s Sky – so now you squash Moomba’s as you search for Princess Mango across an infinite procedurally generated universe!
Hopefully there’s a planet somewhere in that universe where you can stomp on horrible little Nintendo lawyers!
