Lisa is an adorable little game in which you control the lovely little blue dog and her owner as they have an adventure in the park, herding sheep, chasing rabbits, solving puzzles, feeding bears and finding cats.

You start off controlling the dog as she wakes after a nap in the park, by simply pointing where you want her to go and barking to interact (or just for fun).  After a while, you’ll come across Lisa’s owner (and best friend), who you can control simultaneously using the WASD keys.  What follows is a short, but wonderful puzzle adventure with gameplay that rewards experimentation and exploration.

There’s a great sense of warmth and love in Lisa, with it’s charming fuzzy pixel art animation, chilled out audio, adorable characters, inventive puzzles and buckets of charm.  A doggie adventure that’s definitely worth taking for a walk in the park.

Move over Madden, there’s a new top dog in town (literally), with Jerry Rice & Nitus’ Dog Football a fun blend of Mario Kart and (American) Football, full of adorable doggies and silly pun based humor.

Jerry Rice & Nitus’ Dog Football features 7 on 7 matches with a human quarterback throwing to canine receivers in a competition to win the ‘Golden Hydrant’.  Matches are played on interactive fields, such as dog parks, with obstacles, hills and hidden routes for you to discover.  The Alpha Demo obviously isn’t fully featured, but the full game will feature  20 dog breeds, 14 human quarterbacks, 185 plays, 12 interactive fields and over 250 prizes, like custom balls and accessories.

Gameplay is pretty easy to pick up, with the whole game playable on a mouse, simply move the mouse cursor where you want the selected dog to go.  As with Madden, Jerry Rice & Nitus’ Dog Football is much more fun when you’re attacking, with you selecting plays, handing out dog treats and selecting which ball to use (from shiny disco balls to rubber chickens).  After the snap, to select which dog you want to throw to, simply wait for the receiver to bark then left click to throw, then run for the end zone.

It’s a fun game that blends pooches and Madden to make a fun easily accessible football game that’s well worth taking out for a walk.

Endless Rabbit Horde, a TAG Jam 20 entry, will have you saving and slaughtering your own horde of rabbits for your own benefit!

In this platformer you will be guiding around a horde of rabbits. This horde can grow by eating small carrots in the ground. But, sometimes you might find you have too many rabbits. Rabbits jump and move at different speeds, and some are slower or faster than others. These rabbits may not be as helpful to the group, so you can choose to sacrifice them to move on.

Sacrificial bunnies also come in handy when lasers have to be turned off or walls of spikes need to be crossed, as you use their bodies to the overcome hazards.  You can even sacrifice several rabbits, and use their pile of corpses to jump higher and access out of reach platforms. If rabbits wander too far from the main group of rabbits, they may also just die off. This is nothing to fret about – as long as you have one rabbit in your horde, you can move onto the next level!

Hop, Jump, and Sacrifice in this funny, rabbit leading game.

Stepping over the charred corpse of one of my bunny comrades, I edge closer to my goal – the massive monkey-headed death machine in the centre of the map.

I’ve been a good bunny so far and obeyed all it’s requests – wearing my collar, picking up and dropping off supplies, and even ratting out a few of the other bunnies who were disobeying the almighty overlord.  But now… I want a piece of the action.  While avoiding the overlords gaze I slip off my collar and disappear into the bushes, biding my time and creeping forward while the gun turret is looking the other way.

With no more cover left, I make a break for the open doors of the robotic monkey death machine, but with just a few feet to go, one of my ‘comrades’ squeals on me, alerting the overlord of my attempt at subversion.  My comrade receives a large cash bonus for his deeds, while I’m treated to a helping of bullets, fired at high speed into my now twitching corpse for mine.  Returning to the battlefield I vow to be a good little bunny and respect my overlord, for now anyway…

Obey is a very impressive asymmetric multiplayer game of stealth, subversion, coercion and fragile allegiances, where you win by bribing and manipulating your opponents.  You don’t have to be the bravest or the biggest bunny to win in Obey, just the smartest.
