Have you ever wanted to become the God of the internet, where it is your job to remove all of the trolls and haters?

Well, that is exactly what your aim is in the game Moderator.  Made for the Indies vs Pewdiepie jam, it puts you into the role of a God of the internet. People, standing on their social platform of choice, write comments that are going to be sent out to other users of the internet. You must sort through comments like “If I had a face like yours, I’d kiss myself in the mirror everyday” and “I have met some pricks in my day, but you sir are a cactus”, finding out which ones are negative and need to be stopped. If a comment is negative, the player must click the person typing that comment about three times to remove the comment before it is sent.

Some of these comments come in parts, having a bit of a sentence typed out, then the rest is typed a bit later. For example, “You’re pretty…” could end one of three ways. That partal comment might stay in a person’s comment bubble for a few seconds, making the player move on to another comment while waiting. Once the full comment is typed out, a small timer shows up on the top of the bubble. This timer shows how long it takes to send that comment out into the internet. If the timer runs out on a negative message, the message is sent out and the player uses a life. The player can also lose a life if they stop a positive comment from going out. After the loss of three lives the game is over.

Guarding the internet from haters is quite the job in this fast paced blend of time management game and a simple clicker. Are you able to get rid of all the trolls?

Deputy Dangle is a a wonderfully bizarre QWOP-style game where you play a floppy, boneless cop who must protect a city full of mysteriously obese critters and devious senior citizens headed by an elusive villain known only as G-ma.

Having lost his bones in an accident accident involving glue, cats, and radioactive glue solventDeputy Dangle is reduced to filpping, flopping and rolling around town in a rather ungracefull manner.  The accident did have one useful side-effect however, he has the ability to climb and stick to walls, buildings and other objects with ease.  This compounded with his arsenal of gadgets, allows him to glide, grapple and climb his way around town like a overwieght, floppy spiderman.

Needless to say it’s a ridiculously silly game, it’s also a ridiculously fun one too.  Full of good humor and slapstick gameplay.  It’s a joy hanging around with Deputy Dangle, he may have no skeleton, but he’s certainly got a funny bone.

Where Is My Hammer is a fun Unreal Engine 4 powered physics sandbox which allows you to smash everything you see into tiny little pieces with your mighty hammer.

Built for the #IndiesvsPewdiepie GameJam, this wonderfully therapeutic experience gives you free rein to smash an entire house to smithereens.  There are no rules, no fail states and no goals, just one big hammer and the joy of destruction - and what joy it is!  As you swing, bash and smash your way through the house, nothing can stand in the way of your mighty hammer.

This is a GameJam build, so there are a few glitches (especially once you’ve smashed up most of the house), but on the whole, Where Is My Hammer is a blast. Perfect for letting off some steam and indulging in some wanton carnage.  A smashtastic sandbox that will feed your appetite for destruction.

Anarchy Arcade allows you to build a fully functional arcade with your own Steam library and other non-Steam games.   Customise the Arcade as you like, with pictures/posters, props, furniture, movies, internet pages, internet radio, YouTube videos, and large variety of Arcade Cabinets and home consoles.  Once it’s built you can then play the games and watch movies directly from your arcade.

The customisation options are incredible, you can put any media onto anything you can think of (once unlocked), you can play Starcraft from a Gameboy, Watch a movie from a tablet, Play GTA IV from a Steam Box and so much more.  There’s even huge amount of emulator support, so you can play classic SNES games on a SNES through Anarchy Arcade.  You probably won’t play them as you’ll be too busy making your arcade look awesome, but you CAN play them, in Anarchy Arcade you can play anything.

Anarchy Arcade has now been Greenlit.  It also has some great new features for 2014, such as GameJolt, Netflix, Twitter and Hulu support.

We’d highly getting it before the official release, as we can’t imagine Nintendo and Sega will allow them to use their consoles in the finished version!
