You’ll do this by helping the Mims build and defend against dangerous wildlife using RTS elements protecting and using your God-like superpowers.

The Mims is a joy to play and really oozes character. The gameplay is shaping up really well, drawing favourable comparisons to Populous, but it’s the vibrant world, sense of humour, great characters and all-round playfulness of he game hat really draws you in. It fees like something that Nintendo could of made, in-fact It’s hard not to expect some Pikmin to pop up while you’re exploring your island!

Super Mario Eclipse is a great fan made Mario game that doesn’t just re-iterate ideas from previous Mario games, it actually builds on them and throws in some great additions of it’s own.   Marios’ movement and controls are spot on (like a mix of SMB2 and SMB3), combined with the nicely realized retro graphics, the game feels like just like a Mario game should.

There are a few interesting additions and tweaks to the normal Mario formula, such as the trippy visuals, side quests and some new puzzle elements.  The best additions are the new mario suits though, such as the Chuck (American Football) suit and the Yoshi Suit.

Super Pokémon Eevee Edition is a fangame created to recapture the nostalgia of classic Pokémon games, made by @theRaonak

It’s got a wonderful retro art style, reminiscent of the early Gold/Silver/Crystal games, but adds a Final Fantasy style battle system and an interesting story featuring god-like entities called hypervisors.   There’s also a host of other nice additions to the Pokémon formula, such as pooled PP, unlimited movesets, crafting, achievements and corrupted Pokémon.  It’s a great game, with an excellent blend of game mechanics and a fitting tribute to the early Pokémon games.

No longer must your Pokémon be squashed into 2 dimensions!  Pokémon 3D is a fan-made recreation of the old Pokémon games Gold/Silver by Nintendo/GameFreak.

You can do everything that you could do in the original games, catch, train and fight Pokémon, collect items and explore towns in 3D.  You can even play with a friend in LAN co-op.

It’s a fun game that lovingly recreates the feeling of the original games, but adds an extra dimension.  Pokémon 3D is currently under development and features are being added frequently.
