Pokémon Uranium Edition is a great, fan made pokemon game that features very pretty retro graphics, a story with 11 hours of gameplay,  9 towns, 5 badges, 6 sidequests and over 85 fakemon (Pokémon).

The game revolves around 2 characters, Vitor and Natalie, who must collect 6 gym badges to compete in the Regional Tournament.   But bad things are going down in the region of West Tandoor, with a man-made disaster and corrupted Pokémon threatening to destroy the natural ecosystem.

Quantum Rush is a great looking futuristic arcade racer, in a similar vein as WipEout, but with a few noteworthy improvements.  The game features WipEout like power-ups scattered across its gigantic tracks, but ships also have special abilities, are fully customisable and upgradable, and there are a host of online comunity features.

It’s a great futuristic racer, that’s very fast, very pretty, and lots of fun.

Retaliation: Path of War is a new turn based hex wargame, inspired by Risk, Axis & Allies, Panzer General and Chess.

It’s a great new take on the genre, and offers a fun game that’s easy to learn, but with lots of depth and tactical reasoning.

It feels like a more Tactical version of Risk and is a lot of fun to play.  The Beta is for Windows, but it is also coming to Android soon.

Dev guy is a funny, and interesting game that puts you in the role of an Indie dev called Warren, who’s trying to get his game on the app store before his game licence expires.  Unfortunatley someone steals his car, which he’d left his game code in.  To get the car back, you’ll have to solve puzzles, hack computers and play some very tongue-in-cheek minigames.

Dev guy is a great little game, with lots of fun in-jokes about the indie game scene and a main character with a lot of personality.  Dev Guy won’t teach you how to make Indie gamea, but it WILL make you smile.

Default Dan essentially is a Mario game, but with one big game-changing difference, everything that looks bad is good, and everything that looks good is actually bad.  So, for instance, picking up coins will make you explode, while Spikes will act as a trampoline when jumped on.

It’s a fun, and well implemented mechanic, that always keeps you on your toes, and allows for plenty of ‘a-ha!’ moments.  Check out this YouTube video to see how the gameplay works.  Default Dan, will also be starting a Kickstarter campaign very soon.
